Abstract

Life on earth is regulated by a complex system of interactions. Modeling those interactions through the network allows researchers to discover the fundamental molecular mechanisms which drive the biological processes and human diseases. These preconditions are at the base of Deep Learning methods able to cope with the complexity of this domain. This talk provides a comprehensive overview of the recent deep learning network-based approaches focusing on biology crucial research’s problems.
