This policy explains what personal data Madeddu Play handles and why. We keep it to the minimum needed to run your account.

What we collect

• Account details: first and last name, email address, UK phone number and a securely hashed password (or your Google account ID if you use Continue with Google).
• Messages: anything you send through our contact, support or Player Care forms.
• Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, let you sign in, answer your messages, keep the service safe, meet legal duties and support responsible play. We do not sell your data.

Continue with Google

If you choose it, Google confirms your name and verified email to us. We do not receive your Google password and we do not post to your account.

Where it is stored

Account records are kept on our web server in protected files. Your coin balance, daily bonus timers and cookie choice are kept in your own browser's local storage.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your stored profile is removed. Support emails may be kept for a limited period for record-keeping.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to certain uses or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, use Player Care or the contact form.
